Every backdrop rental includes delivery, setup and removal. We will provide the backdrop rented as well as the frame for hanging. Our team will provide installation and removal of the backdrop.
Need balloons, signage or other added decor? We can provide that as well! Please inquire for options & pricing.
The majority of our backdrops are 8 foot by 8 foot.
We are able to accommodate custom sizes for some of our backdrops such as our boxwood greenery walls and shimmer walls. Please inquire if you need special sizing.
We will contact you about your event timeline so we can schedule a time to install your backdrop at the event location.
If we are setting up at a rented venue and you will not be on-site, you must confirm with your venue that one of their representatives will be there to open the doors at our scheduled delivery time.
We will be in touch approximately 30 days prior to your event to gather final timeline details and your floor plan.
We will work with you in regards to your event timeline and scheduled event conclusion time. We prefer to pickup by 11pm but can work with you in regards to your timeline.
Absolutely! Just add the "sign hanging" to your booking and we'll bring everything needed to hang your sign. We'll also carefully remove it at the conclusion of your event.

If you are purchasing a neon sign from another company, we recommend a dimmer & remote.
Yes! Our sister company is Fête Booth. You can add a Fete Booth onto your backdrop booking. We offer $200 off your delivery/installation when you pair an Eye Candy backdrop and Fete Photo Booth.
